This Colombian washed process coffee is a mixture of Caturra and Castillo beans grown around the Nevado del Huila volcano located in the Huila region of Colombia. Our medium roast Huila features the herby, clean notes characteristic of washed process coffees, as well as bass notes of cherry, hazelnut, and dark chocolate. This coffee is delicious alone or paired with flavor syrups, and is also lovely as a cold brew!
