Neptune's Fury Coffee Co. has been serving the Hampton Roads area as a coffee roaster since 2020. In September of 2022 we opened our waterfront cafe & roastery on the first floor of Dominion Tower - A Class A office building in Downtown Norfolk, Virginia. Our business is growing and we are looking for right-fit individuals to join our amazing team!

This is an exciting time and we're hiring a barista who is interested in joining our team to grow with us.

We're looking for people who:

• are passionate about specialty coffee and serving our customers

Our cafe & roastery location is open Monday through Friday, 7:30AM - 2:30PM. We hope to open for weekends in the coming months, so weekend availability is preferred.

Barista duties will include:

• Taking customer orders
• Making a variety of specialty coffee and tea beverages
• Educating customers on our roasted coffee and various brew methods
• Restocking the bar and grab-and-go areas with products
• Maintaining a clean work space, along with general cafe cleaning

Barista positions are also cross-trained on kitchen positions since we are a small team. This helps keep scheduling and time off flexible!
