Ethiopia | Anferara
Anferara is a light roast that would appeal both to hardcore specialty coffee fanatics as well as the every day coffee drinker. As a natural process light roast, Anferara retains much of its sweet, fruity flavors, bursting with juicy red berries and bergamot, but without intense or overpowering acidity. The flavor is grounded with bass notes of walnut and molasses.
